- 400hm hung curd
- 200gm moong dal (green)
- ½ tea spoon of soda-bicarbonate
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt to tsate

- 1 tea spoon oil
- 1 tea mustard seeds
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 5-6 green chilies
- 1 tea spoon mango powder
Method for preparing dhokla from indian dishes recipes:
Soak the moong dal overnight. Grind it into a thin paste and add curd. Keep the mixture overnight for fermentation.
Grease the sidh for dhokla. Now add soda bi-carb, salt, and sugar and beat till the mixture is smooth.
